Are you a new mum who is breastfeeding? Come and join in our group. Peer support run by mums just like you! Lots of things change whilst baby is growing and these changes prompt lots of questions. Come and ask.

Are you a mum to be and undecided which way to go? Come and chat to our volunteers or one of our trained outreach workers about the benefits of breastfeeding over bottle feeding.

We are impartial and hope to be able to answer all of your questions. How to feed your baby

is your personal choice we just want your choice to be fully informed.
